My Review of Palm Chrysler Dodge Jeep:
the two of them were great and took care of issues I have had with my 2010 Dodge Challenger. I am very pleased with the responses and the quality of work. Issues that plagued the car were fixed in a timely manner and explained to me. The Service Manager even took me for test drives and explained the work needed to me. I will take my car to the Palm Auto Mall for all future work. Great job guys! thjank you for the "Above standards" repair work and perfect customer service!

I was incredibley surprised by the staff at Palm Auto Mall. I was treated very fairly. I will be coming back for service and a new car in the near future. If you like to be treated like a real consumer and not like just some statistic in a monthly sales goal, go To Palm. Thanks for the great coffee by the way Kevin

My Review of Palm Toyota Scion:
We previously purchased Toyota's in New York since 1984. When we moved to Florida we decided to try a local dealership to make our automobile purchases. We are very pleased to have found Palm Toyota in Punta Gorda. Todd Pruitt the sales associate was excellent. Very easy to deal with and extremely helpful. I would recommend him to anyone. We also dealt with Tiffany and Steve who were also very professional. My wife and I have found our new dealership and will continue conduct business with them in the future. We also took our previous car in for service and found the service department to be excellent as well...

My Review of Palm Toyota Scion:
After visiting many a dealership in the past several weeks, I didn't have high expectations going into Palm Toyota. I was pleasantly surprised with how laid-back yet professional the entire staff was. It created an air of comfort in a situation that could otherwise be stressful. Desmond Pierre (senior) was courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. He broke down the individual costs of leasing a new car for us, which is an invaluable piece of information to have for the next time. Todd Sufferling came up to us early on in the process and stated that he'd do everything he could to get prices within our range -- and he absolutely did just that! We negotiated on a vehicle that we never would have been able to afford at any other dealer. They blew everyone else's prices out of the water by at least $100.

Palm Toyota even purchased lunch for us as we waited for our new vehicle to be cleaned up and topped off!

I will forever compare all of my future car shopping experiences to the one that I had at Palm Toyota -- Hopefully I will never have to buy or lease a car from anywhere else.

Palm Chevrolet Buick GMC is by far the best dealership that we have ever purchased a car from. They are truly concerned with what you want and need. We did purchase a Equinox from Palm. We purchased the vehicle from Tony. who could not have been nicer and gave us a great trade-in deal.

We are very happy with Palm and the vehicle, which was beautifully prep’d and striped. We also had the windows tinted and the protection applied inside and out. It was a hard choice between the Kia Sorento and the Equinox. The decider was the interior console and the display readability, the feel of the drive and the fuel economy. We feel it is a bit underpowered in comparison but that is minor and considering we traded in a superb V6 (Altima) with great handling, we would have noticed the big difference in performance no matter what 4-cylinder car we would have selected. Today, the importance is on the economy and comfort (easy to get in and out of for me).

I appreciate your attention and information during our decision making process.

Unbelieveable service at Palm Chrysler Dodge Jeep! I drove up from a different county, worth every mile of the drive. Robin Carpenter was OUTSTANDING with her friendly personality, and gave me a full welcome after a bad experience with another local dealership. Miguel, the technician who worked on my vehicle took his time, and was extremely professional. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone, and am confident that anyone would receive the same service I did.

My Review of Palm Toyota Scion:
Both Dan and Tiffany were Awesome to work with. My whole experience at this dealership was excellant. I had gone to Ft Myers Toyota to look at new cars and my experience there was less that acceptable. I almost didn't even consider a Toyota after that. I was talking with my husband and he recommended that I drive to Punta Gorda. I am very glad that I did not give up. We Love the Prius! Thank You to Dan, Todd, Greg and Tiffany!
